Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Because our products are custom-made, many items ship directly after production.
  • Standard processing and production time is 4–5 weeks after store closes unless otherwise noted on the product page.
  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped via UPS.
  • Standard UPS Ground delivery within the continental U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Promotional free shipping offers (if applicable) will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with UPS tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • Lowboys’ Co is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order has been handed over to UPS, Lowboys’ Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact UPS directly to file a claim. We’re happy to assist with documentation if needed.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees assessed by the destination country.
